Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Pacific on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day for shipments within the U.S. and internationally. Delivery service is provided by UPS at our actual cost to your requested address. Ground, overnight, and a variety of other alternatives are available. While the specific charge is identified as you proceed to checkout, most orders are delivered within two business days at a cost of less than $5.

At Robert's Fine Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, simply return the merchandise within 30 days in its original condition. We will happily exchange your order or refund your purchase price.
In Store Returns
Present the merchandise to an associate with the original receipt.

For your protection, retain a copy of the original receipt. Enclose the original or a copy of your merchandise receipt, and please send to:
